Terms, privacy and measurement governance
This notice explains the platform's current data practices. It does not replace the privacy terms of a future payment processor, membership platform, brokerage agreement, or securities-related engagement.
This website provides educational tools, screening frameworks, and general real estate information. Using the website does not create a brokerage, advisory, fiduciary, legal, lending, tax, securities, or investment-management relationship.
Any paid service, representation, recurring membership, capital activity, or professional engagement requires its own approved terms, disclosures, consent, and—when applicable—signed agreement.
The platform records a privacy-preserving visitor identifier, pages and customer-journey steps visited, lead submissions, strategy applications, selected market cluster, and operational events needed to deliver the requested experience and measure performance.
Campaign parameters may include UTM source, medium, campaign, content, term, referrer, landing page, GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, and FBCLID. These records support attribution and fraud-resistant reporting.
When a Google tag is configured, optional Google Analytics and Ads signals can measure page views, lead generation, checkout starts, verified purchases, and trial enrollment. Advertising signals may also support retargeting audiences.
Google Consent Mode v2 defaults advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and analytics storage to denied. They change only after you choose to allow analytics and advertising.
After live payment activation, the platform may retain order, refund, dispute, subscription, renewal, failed-payment, cancellation, and cancellation-reason records received from the approved processor.
Raw payment-card data is never intended to be stored by this website. The approved processor retains the payment method and issues the tokens needed for authorized one-click offers or recurring billing.
Revenue and customer reporting is restricted to an authenticated owner allowlist. Administrative exports and future record-changing actions are designed to create an audit trail.
Records may be retained for delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business reporting, subject to applicable law and approved policies.
After you make an initial choice, the floating privacy prompt is removed from the website. Return to this Terms, Privacy & Opt-Out page through the footer to allow or deny optional analytics and advertising signals.
Browser settings may also block or clear stored preferences and cookies. Clearing them may cause the privacy prompt to appear again.
Market-context imagery is illustrative—not a property listing, live comp feed, or statement of current conditions. Verify every property-specific input and record its source date.
Market descriptions and cluster lenses are educational starting points. Before making a property decision, confirm current financial, physical, legal, environmental, insurance, tax, supply, demand, and comparable-market information through reliable property-specific sources.
